For residential clients, we strongly recommend using your personal vacuum to prevent cross‑contamination and reduce allergy risks. Vacuums can carry dust, pet dander, and allergens from one home to another, so using your own ensures a cleaner, safer environment.
For commercial clients, we bring all equipment unless otherwise requested. Restroom consumables (paper goods, soap, trash liners) are typically provided by the client unless arranged in advance.
How do move‑in/move‑out cleanings work?
Move‑in/move‑out cleanings are our most detailed service. We clean inside cabinets and drawers, baseboards, appliances (optional interiors), bathrooms, floors, and all surfaces. These cleanings follow a strict checklist and are designed to restore the space to a “ready‑to‑move‑in” condition.
